The Ground Floor

On the ground floor there are two reception rooms and an extension at the back includes a large kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet.

Reception Room	Sitting Room

There is a TV, VCR and a video library in the sitting room and a sofa bed.   In the reception room there is a working fire place (ideal for winter lets), a CD player and the games cupboard.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. 

 

It includes a modern chrome gas and electric Italian range cooker with two ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
