Booking Procedure:

Fill out the booking form and send it with a cheque for a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental cost.   This is non-returnable.  Click here for a printable booking form.

On receipt of the above we will send you confirmation in writing of your booking.  Until you have received this letter your booking is not confirmed.

At least one month before the rental is due to take place you will need to send the full payment plus the deposit of £150 per week of rental.

Keys to the property are held in the village itself and we will arrange for someone to greet you on your arrival.  The property will not be available until 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On the departure day the keys will be collected from you and an inventory check will be made.  Guests are asked to depart by 10.00 a.m. to allow for change over time.

Within 1 month of the rental finishing your deposit will be returned to you less any deductions for damage.  Any deductions that are made will be detailed in a letter.
